Cancellation Policy
Thank you for your booking! Please arrive on time with no makeup and clean lashes. For payment, I accept cash and Zelle. Credit cards are subject to a 4% charge. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please do so immediately as theres is a charge of 40% of your chosen service plus a new deposit for all cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment. The 40% cancellation fee apllies to all no-shows, reschedules or cancellations within 24hrs of the scheduled appointment. There is a 10 minute grace period before your appointment is canceled and considered a no show. I do not offer refunds.
